These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the UpskillU website, platform, courses, and messaging programs. By accessing or using any UpskillU service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or opting into any UpskillU communication program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the UpskillU Privacy Policy.
2. Services
UpskillU provides online workforce training, including AI/MLOps and Cybersecurity bootcamp programs, course materials, assessments, and related educational resources. UpskillU reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and to update it as needed.
4. Payment & Refunds
Course fees are disclosed at the time of enrollment. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific program’s refund policy, which is provided at enrollment.
5. SMS/MMS Messaging Terms
By opting in to the UpskillU text messaging program, you agree to the following:
- Program Description: UpskillU sends automated SMS and MMS messages related to course updates, enrollment reminders, promotions, and educational content.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive recurring automated messages. UpskillU will not send more than 10 messages per month unless you have separately opted into a higher-frequency program.
- Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging and data plan.
- Opt-In: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any UpskillU course or service.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to any message received from UpskillU. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent unless you re-enroll.
- Help: Text HELP for customer support, or email info@upskillunow.com.
- Supported Carriers: Major U.S. carriers are supported. UpskillU is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carrier issues.
- Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See the UpskillU Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, trademarks, and logos on the UpskillU platform are the property of UpskillU or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without written permission.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
- Share account credentials with others or allow unauthorized use of your account.
- Copy, redistribute, or resell course content.
8. Limitation of Liability
UpskillU provides educational content on an “as is” basis. UpskillU does not guarantee specific employment outcomes, certifications, or results from completing any course. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UpskillU shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class action.
10. Changes to These Terms
UpskillU reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last Updated” date or by email/SMS notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
